These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between you and Original Travel Peru. When booking a trip, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions that describe, among other things, cancellation policy and certain limitations of liability. These Terms and Conditions affect your rights and designate the applicable law and forum for the resolution of any dispute.

CONTRACT OF ORIGINAL TRAVEL PERU:

All persons wishing to make a reservation must be read carefully and understand the terms and conditions Original Travel Peru on the website, by email to the Company or its agents agree on behalf of yourself and all those named on the reserve, including minors and disabled persons who They have understood these Terms and Conditions. Operates in areas where standards of accommodation, transport and services might not be normally you would expect. However we strive, with all the diligence and ability to provide the best services for our clients. Traveling the Peru requires flexibility, patience, generosity of spirit, good humor and understanding the changes that can be worn without notice due to circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure – see below). When booking any of our tours you agree to Original Travel Peru make the necessary changes without liability.

Any situation or event that Original Travel Peru cannot, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. Events such as civil disturbance, labor disputes, diseases, disasters or adverse weather conditions, fire and all similar events outside our control. In this case, Original Travel Peru is not responsible and reserves the right to modify, postpone or even cancel the trip (this is the last option, of course!)

TRAVEL INSURANCE TO Original Travel Peru.

We recommend you get a travel insurance that covers accidents, medical expenses and emergency repatriation, including rescue and air ambulance. We also recommend that it covers cancellations and lost luggage. Please forward a copy / policy number to our offices.

SENDING YOUR PERSONAL DATA BOOKING – Original Travel Peru

Your passport should be valid, please let us know if you have or will change your passport after booking the trip Manu National Park, National sanctuary Machupicchu Tambopata national reserve, etc.

MAKE A RESERVATION Original Travel Peru

To secure a booking of a tour package, you must make a payment of 50% of the total cost of the package is per person deposit (non-refundable); the balance will be paid upon arrival in Cusco.

The amount or Total balance will be paid upon arrival in Cusco (Only cash or via internet banking are taken)

PAYMENT OF FINAL BALANCE Original Travel Peru

It requires you to pay your final balance in our office 48 hours before the tours, cash only is accepted soles or American Dollars.

We reserve the right to cancel the trip if not make payment within this time,

CANCELLATIONS FOR Original Travel Peru:

Original Travel Peru must be notified of any change or cancellation of your trip as soon as they become aware of them via e-mail.

Once the final balance has been paid (in cash): We will not be able to return your trip payment for cancellations. 

POLITICS OF REFUND 

(1) If you have paid the deposit and you cancel your trip 60 days or more before the start of your trip, we will be able to reimburse you, the total payment with a discount of = 35% for administrative fees

(2)If the cancellation had been made 15 days before the start of your trip, we will not be able to return any of the payment, because this will result in us considering it a NO SHOW. ORIGINAL TRAVEL PERU will need to be notified of any change or cancellation of your trip as soon as possible.

Once the trip is cancelled, there won’t be any way to change this situation at all. Upon confirming your reservation, you will be expressing the fact that you fully accept all of our terms and conditions. Note: The terms and conditions of service are subject to change without any previous notice 

VERY IMPORTANT (1): We suggest you stay at an altitude (above 3000 meters – as in Cusco or another high altitude city) for 3 days (minimum) before starting the journey. This is in order to minimize the effects of altitude sickness. Also, you can help your body acclimatize by drinking plenty of fluids, adding a bit more sugar to your drinks, eating foods rich in carbohydrates, avoiding cigarettes and alcohol and consume coca leaf tea (the traditional leaf Inka). Diamox can also be helpful to ask your doctor for prescription.

VERY IMPORTANT (2): It is also highly recommended to get to Lima or Cusco (depending where you start your tour with us) at least about 48 hours before travel, there are often cases of strikes or other events beyond our control requiring us to start our tour ahead of schedule (see above Force Majeure).
