In compliance with the legal provisions that support the obligation of the Peruvian State and all its citizens, to guarantee the protection and fulfillment of the rights of minors who live in its territory, such as the Political Constitution of Peru, the Children and Adolescents Code, Law No. 28950 Against Human Trafficking and Migrant Smuggling, Law 28251 that modifies the Penal Code on issues related to sexual exploitation of children and adolescents and other related regulations; as well as Supreme Decree No. 007-2007-MINCETUR; With the full endorsement of our manager and workers, we formally declare that:
1.- We reject the Sexual Exploitation of ESNNA Girls, Boys and Adolescents in Peru and in the world, in general and in particular in its modality associated with travel and tourism, for being a conduct that infringes the fundamental rights of people, contrary to the intrinsic objectives of tourist activity in our country.
2.- We denounce and condemn those who use the tourist activity and the facilities and services they offer, to promote, facilitate or tolerate the occurrence of sexual exploitation of girls, boys and adolescents; and by virtue of the foregoing.
